Global Grazing 2011
Join six of Chicago’s renowned chefs for an intimate evening of culinary exploration and behind-the-scenes kitchen stories. Guests will bid on the rare opportunity to prove their knife skills by preparing the evening’s meal alongside their favorite chef. As each course is served, chefs will join guests at the table to talk about their culinary journeys. Guests will also learn more about the Academy for Global Citizenship’s partnership with Chicago Public Schools and Chartwells Thompson Hospitality in transforming school nutrition through local and national initiatives.
