Volunteers are an integral part of the Academy for Global Citizenship's learning community. We welcome participation among those who support our mission and model our core values.
Ongoing Volunteer Opportunities

- Write a press release.
- Translate a document into Spanish.
- Design an organic student t-shirt highlighting AGC’s sustainable innovation.

- Plan a book drive at your office.
- Plan a fundraising event at your home or place of work to support our organic food program.
- Join our Chefs' Playground planning committee.
- Assist with procuring items on our teachers’ wish lists (classroom supplies, books, art materials, etc).
- Come chicken-sit when the school is on longer breaks.

- Host a field trip to an interesting, unit-related places (upcoming units relate to architecture, recycling, storytelling, plant life cycles, authors, habitats, and inventions).
- Come speak to one of our classrooms regarding a unit-related topic.
- Lead a one-time parent workshop on mission related topics such as saving energy at home, starting a garden, health and nutrition.
