The Academy for Global Citizenship is governed by an elected Board of Directors that provides strategic guidance and oversight to ensure AGC remains true to its mission. The Board meets approximately six times per year.
In accordance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act, board meetings are open to the public. Meeting schedules, agendas, and approved minutes are posted here as part of AGC's commitment to transparency.
Families and community members with questions or concerns are encouraged to connect directly with AGC's school leadership.

All meetings are open to the public as required under the Illinois Open Meetings Act (5 ILCS 120). A limited public comment period is available at each meeting. Those wishing to participate may sign up through the link posted here one week prior to each meeting, in accordance with AGC's Guidelines for Public Participation at the Academy for Global Citizenship Charter School Board Meetings.
