Dr. Lizette Solis is a proud AGC parent, as well as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, International/Organizational Psychologist, and Adjunct Faculty at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Barry University in S. Florida and Doctorate in International Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Psychology & Systems from The Chicago School. Through her work, she provides trauma-informed therapy, education, and organizational consulting services to individuals, families, and institutions seeking sustainable growth and meaningful change.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, education, and global initiatives, Dr. Solis brings a uniquely integrated perspective that bridges mental health, education, organizational effectiveness and community well-being. Her global mental health experience includes collaboration with community-based organizations in South Africa and Germany, where she supported initiatives addressing trauma, systemic inequities, and access to care.
Dr. Solis is a passionate advocate for accessible education, mental health care and the development of healthy and inclusive communities. Her professional journey began as a special education teacher in a therapeutic day school and has evolved into a career spanning clinical practice, higher education, organizational consulting, and entrepreneurship through her private practice, Dr. Solis Therapy & Consulting.
