Sustainable Food Systems Advisor

Fedele Bauccio is the Co-Founder and CEO of Bon Appétit Management Company, which provides food service to over 1,000 companies, universities, and museums. Fedele and BAMCO pioneered environmentally and socially responsible practices and created the gold standard for fresh and scratch-made food service. Fedele advises sustainable food systems on AGC’s campus.
