Alejandra was born and raised in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. She is currently pursuing her Master in Child Development at Erikson Institute and became familiar to AGC through her internship. Alejandra is AGC’s impassioned education coordinator for preschool, as well as a dedicated advocate for students with disabilities. Her advocacy extends beyond the confines of the classroom, as she actively collaborates with parents and educators to create an inclusive learning environment. Alejandra's love for travel and learning about new cultures, stemming from her Nicaraguan roots, has enriched her perspectives and allows her to bring a global awareness to her work. Since she graduated high school, she has moved a lot. She has lived in Belgium, Italy, Spain and now Chicago.
