Farz is a proud native of El Paso, TX, whose Mexican-Persian heritage has inspired him to find the beauty of fusion in everything. Farz is an award-winning entrepreneur with a genuine passion for fresh, whole and nutritious foods. Inspired by his mother’s courageous journey through cancer and recovery, Farz opened the first cold-pressed juice shop in West Texas, which he operated for over 9 years. A new Chicago transplant, Farz is excited to be joining the AGC/CC team as the Mercadito Manager, where he hopes to nurture a community hub that supports and fuels the neighborhood’s future.
