Mayra Ocaña

Born in Chicago, Mayra lived in Little Village for most of her childhood. Mother to three children, Mayra’s passion for education left her to complete her Bachelor degree at Northeastern Illinois University in Spanish Linguistics, as well as her Master’s degree in Elementary Education with a bilingual endorsement in bilingual and ESL. Mayra is excited to be part of the AGC family, as she loves working with students and facilitating their learning… in two languages!
