Trevor is an educator at heart who has helped launch or scale numerous endeavors with a mission to make the world a better place. His approach is rooted in a Masters of Education from Harvard University where he was subsequently awarded a teaching fellowship and was a recipient of the Derek Bok Award for Excellence in Teaching. Trevor later founded Open Roads to provide educational travel programs to disadvantaged high school students to help them break the cycle of generational poverty. Over the years, Open Roads expanded to bring story-based strategic consulting to help mission-driven organizations scale their impact.
