Maricela Rios
ECL Teaching Assistant
Maricela was born and raised in Chicago. She is the youngest daughter of Mexican parents, a proud cat mom, and a monarch lover. She has 9 years of experience in the early childhood field. She started at a daycare center with toddlers for about 2 years, and then went into a preschool classroom. A lot of the women in her life were educators, and her love for teaching grew from them. Preschool age caught her attention more because she enjoys helping the children achieve different milestones at such a young age.
