Natalie Jacobson

School Social Worker

For as long as she can remember, Natalie has felt driven to work for social change. Natalie grew up in Evanston, then lived in and around Minneapolis for the first nine years of her adult life, and returned to Chicago in 2023.

Before becoming a Social Worker, Natalie led a community food access program, providing opportunities for youth to build leadership skills and connect with one another and their communities through food.

Natalie is passionate about food justice, youth organizing, and providing spaces for young people to understand and express themselves, discover their strengths, and organize for change.
